If you would like to delete your Karma account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at:

From your registered email address with the subject line:

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your full name
• Confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account

What Happens After Request

Upon verification, we will:

• Permanently delete your account
• Remove your Jap history
• Remove group memberships
• Delete stored personal data including name, DOB and profile data

Timeline

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of verification.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited data if required by law, fraud prevention, or financial compliance requirements.
